Despatch and Delivery

All orders will normally be despatched within three (3-7) working days from receiving payment.

If any delay occurs you will be notified immediately. You will be given the option to arrange a convenient delivery date or to cancel the order with a full refund.

The goods will be delivered to the address provided on the order form. It is advised to indicate a contact telephone.

The dispatch amount is determined by the order amount and the destination country as below:

The cost of orders to be dispatched outside the European Union excludes customs duties and other taxes, therefore the Customer is responsible for payment of any surcharges.

Please advise us if you do not receive your item(s) within fourteen (14) days of placing your order so that we can trace the parcel. 

All dates quoted for delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods however caused or for any consequential loss.

The risk in the goods shall pass to you upon delivery taking place.

All items are carefully checked before despatch.

If the goods are damaged in transit, please notify us immediately (please attach pictures). We will arrange to have the item returned at our expense. You will be given the option to have the product replaced at no charge to you or to have a full refund.

Goods that are not acceptable for any other reason may be returned within 14 days for a refund or replacement or at the address below. Goods will be returned at your expense. Please note, that we will only accept returned goods in 'as new' condition.

Please note that uncollected parcels from Royal Mail and DPD collection points, as well as undelivered parcels due to the incorrectly provided delivery address will be returned to us. A refund will be issued after deducting delivery, return cost, and damages if any.
